Your stay

Our brand new accommodation is completely contemporary. We rent out 36 beautiful studios and 3 apartments. All of which are modernly furnished and fully equipped.

On the ground floor you will find the reception and a cozy lobby. Also there is a shared bicycle shed which may be used as our guest.
The elevator takes you to the upper floors and to the courtyard on the first floor.

We work with a keycard system. This gives you the possibility to arrive outside the opening hours of the reception. Our team is ready to make your stay as pleasant as possible!

Extra services, including hotel service

Upon arrival your bed is made and there will be 2 towels each per person. Kitchen towels and toilet paper are provided for. It is possible to request clean sheets, extra towels and/or kitchen towels at a charge.

You are of course free to bring food and drinks with you, in addition to your normal travel luggage. It is not allowed to bring extra accommodation, such as mattresses or air mattresses.

Interim cleaning is not included, if you wish you can book this during your stay for a fee.
In case of a stay over 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory.

Parking

Navigate to the Vlamingstraat. You will arrive at the back of Residentie Vlisingen, where you will find a kiss & ride. For loading and unloading your luggage you can briefly park here.

At 400 m from Residentie Vlissingen there is a large carpark, Parking Koningsweg. At the reception you can obtain a permit, ask for the possibilities.

Rates

At Residentie Vlissingen you can choose from 2 different rates when making your reservation.
non-refundable rate
A reservation with the non-refundable rate can no longer be changed or canceled. The full amount due for the entire period originally booked will be charged.
flexible rate
When booking with the flexible rate, a change or cancellation is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. If canceled less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date, the full amount due for the entire period originally booked will be charged.

Additional costs

obligatory additional costs:
• tourist tax and administration costs
• interim cleaning for stays over 7 nights

on request against payment:
• change of towels
• change of bed linen
• interim cleaning
• breakfast - lunch - dinner in the room

Cancellation and no show

When booking with the flexible rate, a change or cancellation is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.  In all other cases, the full amount due for the entire period originally booked will be charged.

If you do not show for check-in, the full amount due for the entire period originally booked will be charged.

If you end your stay before the departure date, there is no entitlement to a refund under any circumstances. Also, in case of cancellation after the arrival date, no refund will be made under any circumstances.
